Text
Subdivision 1.Eligibility.
An entire river or a segment of a river and adjacent lands in this state that possess outstanding scenic, recreational, natural, historical, scientific, or similar values are eligible for inclusion within the Minnesota wild and scenic rivers system.
Subd. 2.Classification.
Rivers or segments of rivers included within the system shall be classified as wild, scenic, or recreational.
