THE PRISONER REIMBURSEMENT TO THE COUNTY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 118 of 1984 801.93 Conditional effective date. Sec. 13. This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 82nd Legislature are enacted into law:

(a)House Bill No. 4589.

(b)House Bill No. 5120.

(c)House Bill No. 5173.
