THE PRISONER REIMBURSEMENT TO THE COUNTY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 118 of 1984 801.89 Execution against homestead prohibited. Sec.

9.The county shall not enforce any judgment obtained under this act by means of execution against the homestead of the defendant.
