THE PRISONER REIMBURSEMENT TO THE COUNTY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 118 of 1984 801.82 “County jail” defined. Sec.

2.For purposes of this act, “county jail” includes a house of correction under Act No. 278 of the Public Acts of 1911, being sections 802.202 to 802.204 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
