COUNTY JAIL OVERCROWDING STATE OF EMERGENCY (EXCERPT) Act 325 of 1982 801.62 Prisoners sentenced to county jail as condition of probation; applicability of act. Sec.
12.This act shall apply to prisoners sentenced to a county jail as a condition of probation but shall not reduce or otherwise affect the total probationary period imposed by the court.
