COUNTY JAIL OVERCROWDING STATE OF EMERGENCY (EXCERPT) Act 325 of 1982 801.52a Reporting prisoner population counts. Sec. 2a. The prisoner population counts required for any purpose under this act shall be reported as being taken between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on each day on which a count is conducted.
