INMATE REIMBURSEMENT TO MUNICIPALITIES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 88 of 2006 801.319 Enforcement; execution against homestead; prohibition. Sec.

9.The municipality shall not enforce any judgment obtained under this act by means of execution against the homestead of the defendant.
