ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, AND WEAPONS (EXCERPT) Act 7 of 1981 801.266 Repeal of MCL 801.116 and 801.117. Sec.

6.Sections 16 and 17 of chapter 148 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, as amended, being sections 801.116 and 801.117 of the Compiled Laws of 1970, are repealed.
