DAY PAROLE OF PRISONERS (EXCERPT) Act 60 of 1962 801.256 County department of social welfare; report on prisoner's dependents. Sec.

6.The county department of social welfare shall at the request of the court investigate and report to the sheriff or friend of the court the amount necessary for support of the prisoner's dependents.
