CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 15 of 1968 800.333 Violation of act by public officer; penalty. Sec.
13.Wilful violations of any of the provisions of this act by an officer of the state or of any political subdivision thereof, or by any officer of any institution of either, shall be sufficient cause for removal from office, and subject such officer to prosecution as provided in section 14.
