LOCAL CORRECTIONS OFFICERS TRAINING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 2003 791.546 Acceptance of funds, grants, and gifts. Sec.

16.The council may accept funds, grants, and gifts from any public or private source which shall be used to defray the expenses incident to implementing its responsibilities under this act.
