LOCAL CORRECTIONS OFFICERS TRAINING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 125 of 2003 791.540 Annual report. Sec.

10.The board shall make an annual report to the council that includes pertinent data regarding the standards and requirements established and an evaluation on the effectiveness of local corrections officer training programs.
