MICHIGAN INDIGENT DEFENSE COMMISSION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 93 of 2013 780.999 Annual report, budget, and listing of expenditures; availability on website. Sec.

19.The MIDC shall publish and make available to the public on a website its annual report, its budget, and a listing of all expenditures. Publication and availability of the listing of expenditures shall be on a quarterly basis, except for the annual report and salary information, which may be published and made available on an annual basis. As used in this section, "expenditures" means all payments or disbursements of MIDC funds, received from any source, made by the MIDC.
