CRIME VICTIMS RIGHTS SERVICES (EXCERPT) Act 196 of 1989 780.902 Criminal assessments commission; transfer of powers, duties, and jurisdiction to crime victim services commission. Sec.

2.The criminal assessments commission formerly created under this act is abolished. Its powers, duties, and jurisdiction are transferred to the crime victim services commission.
