BAIL FOR TRAFFIC OFFENSES OR MISDEMEANORS (EXCERPT) Act 257 of 1966 780.70 Bail on new trial; increase or reduction pending on trial. Sec.
10.If the judgment of conviction is reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial the trial court may order that the bail stand pending such trial, or reduce or increase bail.
