INTERSTATE AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS (EXCERPT) Act 141 of 1961 780.608 Agreement on detainers; copies of act, distribution. Sec.
8.Copies of this act, upon its approval, shall be transmitted to the governor of each state and the attorney general and the secretary of state of the United States and to the council of state governments.
