INTERSTATE AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS (EXCERPT) Act 141 of 1961 780.604 Agreement on detainers; nonapplicability of habitual criminal act. Sec.
4.Nothing in this act or in the agreement on detainers shall be construed to require the application of sections 10, 11 and 12 of chapter 9 of Act No. 175 of the Public Acts of 1927, as amended, being sections 769.10, 769.11 and 769.12 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, to any person on account of any conviction had in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of said agreement.
