RELEASE OF MISDEMEANOR PRISONERS (EXCERPT) Act 44 of 1961 780.588 Repeal. Sec.

8.Section 13 of chapter 4 of Act No. 175 of the Public Acts of 1927, as amended, being section 764.13 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is hereby repealed.
