RELEASE OF MISDEMEANOR PRISONERS (EXCERPT) Act 44 of 1961 780.585 Magistrate; change of bond amounts. Sec.

5.In cases arising under section 2 of this act, the magistrate issuing the warrant may endorse on the back thereof a greater or a lesser amount for an interim bond.
