PHOTOGRAPHING GRAND JURY PROCEEDINGS (EXCERPT) Act 196 of 1931 780.302 Violation of act; misdemeanor, penalty. Sec.
2.Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 100 dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
