UNIFORM CRIMINAL EXTRADITION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 144 of 1937 780.20 Governor's warrant; recall or issuance of another. Sec.
20.Governor may recall warrant or issue alias. The governor may recall his warrant of arrest or may issue another warrant whenever he deems proper.
