REVISED UNIFORM RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 8 of 1952 780.161a Petition on behalf of minor obligee; execution and filing. Sec. 11a. A petition on behalf of a minor obligee may be executed and filed without appointment of the petitioner as guardian ad litem or next friend.
