SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIM'S ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 319 of 2014 752.957 Cause of action for monetary damages. Sec.
7.This act does not create a cause of action for monetary damages against the state, a county, a municipality, or any of their agencies, instrumentalities, or employees.
