SALE OF BABY CHICKS, RABBITS, DUCKLINGS, OR OTHER FOWL OR GAME (EXCERPT) Act 163 of 1945 752.92 Violation a misdemeanor. Sec.
2.Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by the laws of this state.
