CARELESS, RECKLESS, OR NEGLIGENT USE OF BOW AND ARROW (EXCERPT) Act 81 of 1954 752.883 Bow and arrow; injury to person, suspension of hunting privileges. Sec.

3.In addition to the penalties provided in sections 1 and 2, the court may suspend the hunting privileges of any person convicted of violating this act for a period of not to exceed 3 years from the date of conviction.
