ERECTION OF POSTERS, SIGNS, PLACARDS, OR OTHER NOTICES (EXCERPT) Act 105 of 1951 752.821 Erection of posters on state, public or private lands without permission unlawful. Sec.
1.No person shall erect any poster, sign, placard or other form of notice on any state, public or privately owned lands to prohibit hunting, fishing or trespassing thereon without the written permission of the owner or lessee thereof.
