USE OF TRAVEL AIDS BY BLIND PERSONS (EXCERPT) Act 10 of 1937 752.53 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec.
3.A person who violates section 2(1) is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.
