INTERSTATE LAW ENFORCEMENT INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 201 of 1980 752.5 Exchange of information through regular police channels. Sec.
5.This act shall not be construed to prohibit the exchange of information through regular police channels between a law enforcement agency in this state and a law enforcement agency in another state, the District of Columbia, or the federal government.
