LIQUID FUELS, LUBRICATING OILS, OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS (EXCERPT) Act 231 of 1931 752.257 Penalty. Sec.

7.Any person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation, or any officer, agent or employe thereof, who shall violate any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than 500 dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 1 year or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
