SAFETY DEVICES ON CORN HUSKERS (EXCERPT) Act 124 of 1907 752.102 Penalty. Sec.
2.Any person, partnership, association or corporation, or officer or agent thereof, who shall be found guilty of a violation of the provisions of section 1 of this act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 100 dollars, or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
