THE HEALTH CARE FALSE CLAIM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 323 of 1984 752.1011 Prosecution or civil action for violation of other laws. Sec.

11.This act shall not be construed to prohibit or limit a prosecution of or civil action against a person for the violation of any other law of this state.
