DEATH OR INJURIES FROM FIREARMS (EXCERPT) Act 10 of 1952 752.841 "Firearm" defined. Sec.
1.As used in this act, "firearm" means any weapon which will, is designed to, or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by action of an explosive.
