ERECTION OF POSTERS, SIGNS, PLACARDS, OR OTHER NOTICES (EXCERPT) Act 105 of 1951 752.825 Resisting arrest. Sec.

5.It shall be unlawful for any person to resist or obstruct any officer or person empowered to make arrests under the provisions of this act.
