CHEMICAL AGENTS (EXCERPT) Act 119 of 1967 752.273 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec.
3.Except as provided in section 2a, a person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.
