MICHIGAN UNIFORM MUNICIPAL COURT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 5 of 1956 730.521 Civil process; service anywhere in county. Sec.
21.In any city affected by the provisions of this act, any civil process issued out of the municipal court of such city may be served in any part of the county in which such city is located.
