MICHIGAN UNIFORM MUNICIPAL COURT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 5 of 1956 730.504 Incumbent judges or justices; nonapplication of act. Sec.

4.This act shall in no way affect the term of office of any municipal judge or justice of the peace now holding office under the provisions of any city charter or any of the statutes of this state.
