DRAWING JURIES IN JUSTICE COURT (EXCERPT) Act 179 of 1951 730.406 Juries; reasons for exemption. Sec.
6.Any person shall be entitled to be excused from serving on a jury drawn in accordance with the provisions of this act for the same reasons he would be entitled to be excused from serving as a juror in the circuit courts of the state, except as is herein otherwise provided.
