THE PARENTAL RIGHTS RESTORATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 211 of 1990 722.908 Right to abortion not created; prohibited conduct. Section 8.
(1)This act does not create a right to an abortion.
(2)Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, a person shall not perform an abortion that is prohibited by law.
