CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT PREVENTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 250 of 1982 722.613 Conditional effective date. Sec. 13. This act shall not take effect unless the following bills of the 81st Legislature are enacted into law:
(a)House Bill No. 5610.
(b)House Bill No. 5609.
