CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT PREVENTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 250 of 1982 722.611 Rules. Sec.

11.Not later than 2 years after the effective date of this act, the state board shall promulgate rules pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being sections 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
