CONTRACTS FOR CARE OF CHILDREN (EXCERPT) Act 137 of 1921 722.502 Approval of contracts. Sec.
2.No contract or agreement entered into under the provisions of this act shall have any binding force until the same shall have been approved by the state board of corrections and charities.
