UNIFORM CHILD ABDUCTION PREVENTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 460 of 2014 722.1531 Application and construction of uniform act. Sec.
11.In applying and construing this uniform act, a court shall consider the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
