SUMMARY SUPPORT AND PATERNITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 366 of 2014 722.1494 Determination of father of child born out of wedlock. Sec.
4.A man is the father of a child born out of wedlock if the man has been determined to be the child's father under section 5, other law of this state, or the law of another state.
