FOSTER CARE REVIEW BOARDS (EXCERPT) Act 422 of 1984 722.139a Reevaluation of state board program; recommendations. Sec. 9a. The state court administrator may reevaluate the state board program and make recommendations to the legislature that the state board program be terminated or placed under the jurisdiction of the legislative or executive branch.
