FOSTER CARE REVIEW BOARDS (EXCERPT) Act 422 of 1984 722.139 Annual report. Sec. 9.

(1)The state court administrator shall publish an annual report of the state board program created by this act and shall make the annual report available to the public. Additionally, the state court administrator shall submit the annual report to the legislature and the governor.

(2)The annual report required by subsection (1) shall include, but is not limited to, all of the following:

(a)An evaluative summary, supplemented by applicable quantitative data, of the activities and functioning of each local board during the preceding year.
