CHILD CARE ORGANIZATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 116 of 1973 722.118d Applicability of licensing requirements for certain services under safe families for children act. Sec. 8d. A service provided under the safe families for children act by an organization licensed under this act as a child placing agency is not subject to the licensing requirements under this act.
