CHILD CARE ORGANIZATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 116 of 1973 722.115g Duties of department upon conviction of household member. Sec. 5g. If the department becomes aware that a member of the household of a group child care home or family child care home has been convicted of a listed offense, the department shall not issue a license to the applicant, shall not renew a license to the licensee applying for renewal, or shall revoke a current licensee's license.
