CHILD CARE ORGANIZATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 116 of 1973 722.113h Unannounced inspections of child care organizations. Sec. 3h. An inspection in accordance with the approved state child care plan of a child care organization licensed under this act must be unannounced, unless the department, in its discretion, considers it necessary to schedule an appointment for an inspection.
