CHILD CARE ORGANIZATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 116 of 1973 722.113e Criminal history background check required; posting notice; rules. Sec. 3e. The operator of a child care center or child caring institution shall conspicuously post on the premises a notice stating that the child care center or child caring institution requires a criminal history background check on its employees or volunteers. The department shall promulgate rules to implement this section under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
