CHILDREN'S PRODUCT SAFETY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 219 of 2000 722.1075 Violation by commercial user as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec.
25.A commercial user who willfully and knowingly violates section 5 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
